01 / Your gathering

One prewicked candle vessel per guest, with scented wax beads to fill the selected vessels. Published group pricing starts at 25 guests.

02 / Find your scents

Choose at least two fragrances. Each guest creates one candle. Two scents share the standard wax supply. Select a third scent to include 50% more wax: an additional $1 per guest for 2 oz packages or $2 per guest for 4 oz packages. The three-scent wax supply is split evenly among all three choices.

The standard package includes two fragrances. A third scent and 50% extra wax can be purchased directly at the per-guest upgrade shown above. Four or more scents, or additional wax beyond this allowance, require a quote. Available wax colors are fixed for these fragrances; special scent or color requests can be discussed below.

03 / Complete the setup

Approximately 5 inches high × 6¼ inches in diameter. Choose white with black trim or one of eight solid color options. Colors are subject to supplier availability and may require additional sourcing time; we’ll contact you if your selection needs an alternative. Wax capacity pending a fill test. Display container only; candle vessels are included in the base package.

Your standard package total is shown alongside your selections. Shipping and applicable tax are calculated at checkout. To change guest count or scents after adding a package, remove it from the cart and rebuild it here so group pricing and wax allocation stay correct.

Is someone there to host the bar?

This is a self-serve candle bar package. You set up the station for your gathering. Ask about local drop-off or shipping when you inquire.

Does choosing three scents mean three candles per person?

No. Every package includes one candle vessel per guest. The three-scent upgrade adds 50% more wax, divided evenly among the three fragrances, to give guests more choice. Extra candle vessels are not included.

Can I get the whole display?

Yes—request display containers, scoops and a personalized rolled poster. Tell us what you have in mind so we can quote your setup.

What if everyone loves the same scent?

Tell us which scent you expect to be most popular. We can discuss an adjusted allocation or quote extra wax. An equal split does not guarantee every guest can choose the same fragrance.
